Almost clear amber-chestnut beer with a good, rather stable, cream head. "Sweet" hops, rosewater, jam, sweet grapes. Oxydation (no BBd to be found anywhere), bittering hops, bitter cookies, (bitter) honey. Quite slick, dry finish. Feels better bodied than it probably is; good carbonation. Not bad, probably kept at less than ideal circumstances. Txs to Joren & friends

Tap at Bad Flash Karlín. Damn, the BF version kicked just as I ordered it, had to settle just for this one. Hazy red-brown body, thick off-white head, pretty lasting. Caramel, milk caramel really in the aroma, with some floral touches signaling that someone put some hops in. Dryish taste, vague citric and floral touches on a heavy, weird caramelly (Panadol syrup?) maltiness ending dry and bitter again. The malt profile is atrocious for any kind of IPA, and the hops misused, fantastic... Who in their right mind tries this and says: ah yes, this is a nice IPA, just what we want on the market? I mean, it's clean, I guess, and thankfully dry for a true ČIPA, not harsh. But that's not the greatest of selling points to have. I mean, I love the design and the concept, but they really should have done this better - and I hope the BF version is better as well!
