33cl bottle at some taverna in Platanias, Crete. Poured clear golden with a thin white head. Fruity malty aroma with some herbal notes. Flavor is sweet malty with some corn and weak metallic notes as well. Smooth palate. Low bitterness. Average beer.

Dull gold and no head. Smells very swilly, grainy with no hop. Grainy taste is bland, lifeless and fairly unpleasant. Seems like they’re trying to market industrial swill as something wholesome. Not sure how I feel about that, but this is pretty poor beer.

300ml bottle from Rethymno, Crete, thanks to Frau Eva. Bright golden with a shade of amber. Decent white head. Malt accented beer with bread-like aroma followed by mid-sweet malts with hints of caramel. Subdued hops in the ending. Soft in the mouth. Alright (shared with Eva at home in Tromsø, 13.07.2011).
