Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
For this version of Dora we took our wheat percentage in the grist higher than we normally would and added some DynaBoost (whirlpool hop extract) in the whirlpool.
Hopped with all the Citra, the result is an extra fluffy Dora saturated in hops, ripe in citrus, tropical notes and some crushed mango.
