The last beer of Project Winter is also the end of an era. It all started during covid times with the first beer in this series: Party Like It's 2019. Party Like You're Coconuts and Party Like There's No Mañana followed. Party Like There's a Cherry on Top is the 4th and last one. It's a luscious, thick, rich and decadent imperial pastry stout loaded with dark chocolate and sweet tangy cherries to mimic that wintery feeling we get from a big slice of Schwarzwälder Kirsch cake.

Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet en krachtig warm met iets van kersen, wat vanille en chocolade. Heel goed, met een heel licht fruitig zuurtje in de afdronk.

0,44 l can.Black in the glass, morgen than one finger foamy beige head. Looks really good. Intensive choco and cherry with malt on the nose. Taste has a lot of choco, creamy, with cherry and smooth tasted malt. Boozy fruity second row. Sticky. Low to no carbonation. Nice one.

Black, tan head. Smells hard roasty. Thickness is decent, but pretty sharp carbonation ruins it. Taste is nicely strong roasted coffee, some milk chocolaty sweetness and a pinch of ripe cherry jam. Flavour balance is quite nice here, just needs the body.
