Pours viscously foamless to finally a few seconds of mustard-coloured rim over redbrown to black beer. Sweet, creamy nose with vanilla, nuts and chocolate. Chocolate, nuts, cacao, bit of wood. Dry finish with black chocolate, which acquires a bit of tobacco flavour after some time. Even more warming up, the nuttiness increases in an important way; felt. Well bodied to chewy, alcoholheat, soft carbonation. Sweetness held in check, not very carbonated, but it is still markedly "pastry " (though I'm a loss about what a 'sout' represents).
