A big Pastry Stout with Macadamia Nuts, Cacao Nibs & Vanilla. Big sweet and warm stout with a nutty forward flavor, a touch of dark chocolate and a wonderful warm soft vanilla finish! Contains Lactose! In honor of Kiki! the best cat we ever had.

Pours viscously foamless to finally a few seconds of mustard-coloured rim over redbrown to black beer. Sweet, creamy nose with vanilla, nuts and chocolate. Chocolate, nuts, cacao, bit of wood. Dry finish with black chocolate, which acquires a bit of tobacco flavour after some time. Even more warming up, the nuttiness increases in an important way; felt. Well bodied to chewy, alcoholheat, soft carbonation. Sweetness held in check, not very carbonated, but it is still markedly "pastry " (though I'm a loss about what a 'sout' represents). Certainly not as bad as feared. Txs to Joren & friends!
