750ml bottle. Clear, redd-ish, golden colour with small, bubbly, fading, white head. Sweet-ish and minimalyl earthy, fruity, mildly tangy and funky yeasty, minimally lactic aroma, notes of raspberry, raspberry juice, whiffs o fraspberry vinegar. Taste is sweet-ish fruity, mildly tart and tangy, lactic, notes of raspberry, a touch of sauerkraut, mustard seed, brine, weak, leafy and earthy overtones, vinegar.
Oily-watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Relatively mild and sweet, fairly balanced, not overly complex - nice.
