Clear purple red beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of tart blueberries, cherries, lacto, apples. Taste of sour cherries, blueberries, lacto, funky, vineous.

Geringe Säure. Intensiv fruchtiger beeriger Beginn, der konstant ist und auch in seiner Süße/Säure kaum Änderungen hervorbringt. Mild würzig bleibend, angenehm fruchtig bei fast keiner Karbonisierung, zunehmend wässrig. Beeriger aber wässriger und kaum noch säuerlicher Abgang. 10/10/9/9/8/9
