25th November 2021 Can. Pretty much an opaque dark brown beer, small darkish tan head. Smooth palate, slightly airy, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a nice mix of dark chocolate and milk chocolate. Well integrated fruity chocolate into mellow fruity bourbon barrel. Yeah a little chocolate cake replete with a thin frosting. Small drop of Port Wine red berries. Smooth finish. Nicely done. It's sweet but not overly so. It delivers the cake and barrelling adds another dimension without overwhelming anything. I see Amundsen dessert beers on sale everywhere and that's no surprise tbh, I think they flooded the market. But this beer reminds you why Amundsen are still the pasty kings.

Draft. A black beer with a cherries, wood, roasted malt, alcohol, chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, alcohol, wood, and cherries, leading to a bitter finish.

Can. Black body under a small beige head. Aroma has dark malt, dry fruit, syrup, vanilla and candy. Taste is sweet with malt, chocolate, dry fruit, spices, candy and some bitterness. Full bodied and long lasting aftertaste. This ting is a totally blody mess of aroma and tastes but actually not bad for a few sips. It’s a novelty beer.

Solliveien 130521. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma is maple, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is maple, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, caramel, licorice, berries, spices.

Pours black, small layer of tanned head. Scent is intense, roasty, mild barrel aspects. Bit spices ( gingerbread comes to mind, as well as clove). Taste is strong, thick, blueberry, sweet, roasty. Smooth, even a fresh touch, monthly almost ( very mildly). Barrel is very mild to nearly absent. Medium thick body, medium low Carbo.

Oh kut ik zag er al tegenop, een pastry stout, megazoet chocolade suikerzooi, tja waarom heb ik dit gehaald ook 🤷♂️🤦🏼♂️, gelukkig is het niet te dik en is het nog wel te atten 🤣 note to myself: niet weer halen die zoete meuk...

330ml can. Black with a small tan head. Chocolate and strawberry aroma, flavour is similar with lots of vanilla and lactose. Lovely
