In our search for sour-bitter combinations, we infused a beer, barrel aged for about a year, with dried wormwood flowers from our garden, together with some kumquat, bergamot, cedrat lemons and bergamot from Sicily.

0,75l from bottle at home. Bottled 02/2024. amber hazy color, medium big white head. smells herbal, flowery, citric, lemon grass, hay, lime, lovely, lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, hay, flowery, herbal, bit earthy, some lemon grass, bit peppery, light thyme. finishes lightly dry and medium bitter with notes of citrus, lemon grass and herbal notes. loved the smell, taste is more on the typical antidoot bitterness, but overall this is a great beer.

Clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of lime, kumquat, tea. Taste of herbal green tea, sour grapes, kumquat, very refreshing.
