100% indigenous this year, with 3 different base beers: one fermented on syrah, one on mourvedre, and the third on grenache. all the grapes come from natural wines from the surroundings (Petit Domaine in Montpeyroux, Olivier Cohen in Argeliers). The blend was done a fresh 2023 mourvedre pomace to add more fruitiness.

Aus der Flasche im 2026-01 getrunken. Diese pinkfarbende Ale zeigt deutlich das Trauben-Aroma. Die Säure und der Körper sind sehr gut balanciert. Nicht schlecht!

Hazy purple red beer with a beige head. Aroma of dry sour red grapes, berries. Taste of dry red grapes, apples, funk, easy to drink.
