Clear red beer, creamy yellow to beige head, very stable, a bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: smelly feet, cheesy, some caramel malts, sweet impression, a bit oxidized, some dried fruits, red fruit jam (strawberries, red currants), some grains, a malty touch. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet malty start, fruity, red fruits, pretty bitter, caramel, dried fruits, a bit cheesy. Aftertaste: dry bitter finish, a bit medicinal, malty, oxidized, not an IPA according to my book.
