Zwart bier zonder schuim.

Black with fizzy head that quickly fades. Aroma has a lot of fruity chilli. Flavour also has a fruity and slightly sharp bite. Chilli level is medium whuch is a good thing. A bit oily. Warming sensation and a little smoke in the finish.

33cl bottle. A black beer with a mid-sized most good lasting tan head. Aroma of strong dark roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Taste of dark roasted malt, coffee, liquorice, soft spicy chili, the chili is not so intense, more roasted malts, chocolate, some soy sauce.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before August 2019. Pitch black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty and minimally smoky aroma of milk chocolate, coffee, hazelnut and some tobacco. Quite sweet, malty, slightly roasty taste of milk chocolate, coffee, hazelnut, some red fruits and traces of green peppers, followed by a medium long, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly earthy, not overly hot finish with a moderate amount of peppers. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, almost flat. Lacks carbonation, too sweet for a stout, not too spicy at least, overall still enjoyable though.
