Die Optik erscheint in hellem Gelb mit zartem Glanz und feiner Perlage. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone fällt aufgrund der zu erwartenden Säure rasch zusammen und darf als stiltypisch bezeichnet werden. In der Nase vernimmt man feine Wildhefenoten mit fruchtigem Charakter, der an Zitrusfrüchte, aber auch reiffruchtige Birne erinnert. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, sauer und kräftig rezent mit einer angenehmen Zitrusnote. Der hochvergorene Körper wirkt trotz seiner 7,2 % Alkohol sehr schlank, moussiert leicht und hoch- aber feinrezent im Mund und zeichnet sich durch eine seidige Textur und hohe Trockenheit aus. Geschmacklich und aromatisch erwartet einem eine vielschichtige bis komplexe Säurestruktur, sehr gute Fruchnoten von Zitrus und reifem Kernobst (Birne). Dazu schwingt permanent ein feiner Wildhefecharakter mit leichter Herbe und zarten Brett-Noten mit. Gesamtbetrachtet eine sehr erfrischende und vielfältige Sache mit toller Säurekomplexität. Im Nachtrunk baut die Säure gut ab und bleibt sehr fruchtig und leicht herb. Schöne Wildhefenoten mit zarter Pferdedecke.
