Cities In Dust is our cryogenic pale ale brewed with a heavy hand of concentrated hop pellets. This pale ale was brewed with a base of German pilsner malt, flaked oats, and flaked barley and was hopped in the kettle with Citra Lupomax and Riwaka CGX. Cities In Dust was then fermented cool with our house kölsch strain and dry hopped with Citra Lupomax, Nectaron, and Riwaka CGX.

Appearance - 9 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8

Aromas are resin, dry grain and a bit of spice. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, bittersweet and juicy. Finish is dry and bitter up front with some sweet at the very end. Decent beer.

Can from Tavour. Pours cloudy grapefruit with a white head. Lots of grapefruit in the aroma. Med body. Juicy but dryish. Quite bitter. Lots of grapefruit, maybe even pink and zest. Good strong flavor.

Hazy, slightly dull, but not too bad on the appearance. Medium head. Kind of a green, chalky aroma, light on the malt. Decent bitterness, and the hops are brighter on the palate. Solid. Nice refresher.
