The inspiration for this Double Dry-hopped pale comes from Retablos which are sophisticated Peruvian folk art in the form of portable boxes that depict everyday events, like the pub in this case. This New England Pale Ale is filled with Cascade, Chinook, Ekuanot, Mosaic and Citra. Retablo is full-bodied and bursting with tropical flavour, with powerful tropical aromas of citrus, stone fruit and passion fruit.
