C: opaque dark cola brown
N: cola root, nutmeg, cinnamon, liquorice, dark chocolate, faint rum
P: med bodied, light mint, dark chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, liquorice which lingers all the way to the finish, light rum notes towards the finish. Alcohol well integrated, but present.

Keg at 73 Enid Street. A attractive jet black coloured pour with a dark tan head. Aroma is perfume, brown sugars, maple, some alcohol. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, chocolate powder, creme caramel in the finish, bitter roast, biting. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, highish carbonation. Sticky.

Keg at Cloudwater London. Pours oily black-brown with a dense, creamy beige head. Big maple notes, cocoa, cinnamon French toast. Sweet but not cloying. Full bodied with fine carbonation; moderately chewy. Decent sticky sugars in the finish, light alcohol warmth, bitter cocoa, cinnamon accents. Nice one.
