Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2024, Friday. A clear deep golden beer. Aroma and Taste of dry resinous bitter hops, citrus, resins, spruce.

Pours dark, clear blonde. Small white head. Scent is crystal malts, outspoken but not that hoppy. Taste is full, sweet-ish, caramel malts. Bright citrus. Pine, easy drinkable. medium full body, low carbo.

Draught Hazy amber beer with off-white rim. Cookiedough, slightly roasted malts. Toast, yellow toastbread, cookiedough, quite spiced-up sweetness, as for a meatsauce (*). At least medium bodied; feels better carbonated thatn it looks. Another original. (*) This ought to be used in reductions.
