Pours black, no real head. Scent is roasty and tart. Taste is sharp, tart, ashy-roasty. Fleshy. Not my thing, but I can tell it's balanced . Intense enough as well.

Ultra fine rim over virtually black beer. Deep alcoholic & fusely nose; brandy & Bourbon, alcohol drenched wood, ripe bananas. Sourish buttermilk with chocolate, sour dark berries. Very dry finish towards astringency. Very warming; alcohol- and acidthinning. Yet another amazing discovery at BCBF.
