No head; still, hazy red to terra-cotta beer. Plastic-y, as a ring binder new from the shelf; faint roast. Stonefruitskins. Flavours are wild plums, quetches, lactic acid, fruitacids. Another one with a real dry-out effect. Acidthinning and light -burn. Severe, not very refined.

Bottle. Thanks to Mark Henke we've had a wonderful evening enjoying great beers, including this one before official release. Just bottled. Great red plum color. Taste is a lot of plum but also quite a lot of strawberry. Still a bit sweetish (bottling sugar), light sourness. Will likely be more tart after ageing in the bottle. Below average carbonation. Another nice one, Mark! Keep going!
