Named after the battle of Axona. We took our original Flanders Red, Sabis, and every season for 3 years, we added wild raspberries and damsons from each harvest. Each batch of fruit added to the barrel year after year to feed the wild yeasts. A red wine barrel was used for 4 years to extract all the vinious flavours and oak tannins.

Draught Head gone in seconds into reddish coloured deep dark beer. Buttermilk, sour smell, spoiled milk, some red fruit. Again the former with a dash of red wine vinegar. Acidburn and -thinning, no carbonation. Sorry guys, you seriously botched up our Oud Bruin. Flemish... b*st*rd?
