Lattina. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. Le bollicine sono grandi. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è farinoso,, amarognolo, pulito e dissetante. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cereali ed erbaceo.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2024, Friday. Clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma and Taste of fresh dry grassy hops, pale malt, straw, moderate spicy bitterness.

Tap at Billies. Clear golden. Flowery,honey, crisp pils malts, grassy. Crisp medium body.

On tap at Hop&Rock Trieste, shared with hrabren. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, grainy nose. grainy, herbal, light dusty and dry bitterish finish.

On tap at Hops & Beer, Trieste, shared with Ogi. Clear golden, small white head. Light herbal aroma, soft grainy notes. Light and clean. Grainy flavour, mineral. A soft vegetable touch. Soft to moderate carbonation, body a bit full. Some bready sweetness. Slightly cloying. Dry finish.

Pours golden with the slightest bit of haziness. Average sized white head, nicely dense, shows pretty good retention and excellent lacing. A very inviting aroma: a malty base of cereals and hay, with a touch of honey to it, followed by delicate (but very freshly feeling) grassiness (borderlining resinous), with citric and floral notes. Everyithing is very well integrated. A bit more intensity would've given this smell a perfect 10. Taste shows a very good balance of malty and hoppy notes as the smell suggested, with none standing out though both are definitely noticeable. Perhaps the flavours are not 100% polished/defined, but that's ok and the beer feels slightly/pleasantly rustic. Taste notes as per aroma, with that resinous feel a bit more prominent, especially in finish/aftertaste. Light to medium bodied with light to medium, fine-bubbled carbonation. Goes down very easy but doesn't leave much of an impression in terms of mouthfeel, though i couldn't really say why. Overall: an excellent lager that shows a rustic keller-like feel that's very well integrated with a touch of american hops.

Tap @So Good in Rome-Italy. Classic golden with a creamy foam. Nose: cereals dominate, harvested wheat, malty a bit of honey and much grass. Mouth: the hops dominate, bitterness is there strong and firm but not prevailing on the nice (and slightly honey-sweet) maltiness. Cool

infustata 16 settembre chaira dorata quasi limpida piacevole cereale erbaceo un bocca piuttosto rustica abbastanza secca non molto corpo leggero amarognolo finale
