Both Sean {our new Head Brewer} and Erwin {of Van Moll fame} have been keen to experiment with pink guava, so this collaboration recipe almost coded itself! Our sour sensation is intensified with mango and passionfruit before being dry-hopped with Azacca and Mosaic.

Hazy lemony straw, white head. The aroma is pickled fruit / vegetale - resembles a mix of sour and fresh watermelon. The taste has the same sour notes too, but in beautiful balanced refreshing not smelly rotten way.

Can at home picked up from kentish town Clapton Craft A translucent golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is sharp big pungent tropical fruits, guava, lemon, pineapple, mango, pinch of salt. Flavour is composed of sharp pithy citrus, guava, lemon rind, salty citrus, wheat, pissy citrus. Palate is sharp citric acid, highish carbonation. Good. Tasty stuff.

Borefts XI. Day 1. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Minerally crisp dry palate. Light malts. Mild guava and light yellow grapefruit and modest orange. Light crisp finish. Tasty enough.

Tap at Borefts 2019, Van Moll stand. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is guava, wheat, yoghurt. Taste is guava, unripe green fruits, wheat, quite tart. Silky mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. A bit too much for me.
