On tap at Oud Beersel, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma has soft floral notes and a touch of mildew-like leather. Flavour is extremely floral, almost to the point of astringency, finishing somewhat acetonic. Not much depth or really anything pleasant. It’s alright.

On tap at Oud Beersel. Pours clear gold with a white head. Off floral nose. Flavour has a weird floral character that doesn't meld well with the base beer. Not a huge fan.

Likely bag in box, Sibeeria Tap Room, with the Grells. Murky red-amber body, weirdly lasting head. Odd aroma, heaps of pedio, bananas and maltiness, sweetish, caramelly. Lean, tart taste, pedio caramel and banana. Not really floral, mind-bogglingly sub par for what it was supposed to be. Was it open for centuries and got insanely oxidized? I don't know, but this was uncharacteristically bad for OB standards! Might rerate if offered.

Pours clear, dark amberblonde. Scent is full, funky lambic. Violers are mild. Taste is milder than expected acidity, green apple. Funk and wood. Typical OB. Tad herbal, but the violets aren't as pronounced as hoped. Malty, floral finish.

Draught Rosy-golden clear beer with no head. Violet aroma indeed - as the guimauve sweets. Some old wood in the background. Violet, old lambic, bit of lemon, pipe tobacco. Light body with almost no carbonation. Might benefit from a kick in the *rse, tastewise.

Tap at Billies. Clear golden. Oak, funk, peach, bitter herbs, indeed a bit of flowers, sweet dried berries. Medium sweet and sour, light bitter. Flat.
