On tap at Fair Isle, pours a clear pale blonde with a large white head. Aroma has some crunchy grassy hops, straw, and biscuity malt. Flavour is clean, with gentle grassiness, straw, and biscuity malt. Clean and grassy. Good stuff.

Junction Road store Aromas are malt, earth and wet grain. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, mildly sweet with enough bitter and carbonation to balance. I don't know what a spelt beer is supposed to taste like but this isn't too bad. Kind of mild.

Pale, with a slight haze. Thick head. Mild pale malt, a bit sticky, moderate bitterness and herbaceous hop character. Decent, like a light pils.
