Dessert mead made with wild flower honey from a local beekeeper, rhubarb from our garden, handpicked local red currants and blended with a small proportion of Morello sour cherries. This mead was made in September 2023 and bottled in February 2024. Ideally served between 16-18°C and shared amongst friends.

Pours clear, light red/pink. Scent is full, tanic berries. Taste is full, very sweet and intense. Strawberry, raspberry, fairly boozy.
