Brewed with our dear friend Mathieu of the best craft beer brewery in Belgium: La Source in Brussels. This special collab was brewed especially for Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2024 and is a bold fusion of tart cherries and ripe raspberries, delivering a juicy, mouth-puckering explosion of flavour. The fruit-forward sourness balances perfectly with its robust body, while the high ABV brings warmth without overpowering the vibrant, fruity notes. A beer that hits hard but leaves you wanting more. Pours unclear pink, small white head. Scent is mild, some notes of red fruit. Very low intensity. Taste is sharp, tart, quite intense lactic acid. Cherry and raspberry (puree) . Simple but enjoyable. Bit to high on the alcohol for the beer it is. High carbo and medium body.
