Monkey Fighting Snakes is a brand new Double IPA brewed in collaboration with our pals from Sureshot Brewing in Manchester, UK. We've packed this beer with an almost disturbing amount of some of our favourite hops- Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, Kohia Nelson, Citra and a sprinkling of Citra Cryo and Galaxy, which combine to create a deep, radiant yellow haze with a fluffy white head. Aromas of mango, apricot, passionfruit, pear and freshly crushed gooseberries create an intense tropical fruit explosion. The flavour bomb continues on the palate, delivering a nectar-like sweetness that coats the mouth, followed by a perfectly balanced, sticky resinous hop intensity.
