Pours amber with a small fading head.
Nose shows gentle smoked malt, caramel, bready malt. Enticing.
Flavours include a bit more smoked malt, some spicy hops, delicate bready malt and a faint lemony hop note.
Body feels a bit weak.

Can, part of their Oktoberfest mixed pack. Almost clear amber with a near white head. Nice rich, smokey breadcrust aroma. Perhaps not surprisingly it's quite like their Märzen with a little more depth of malty flavours. Like it, I wouldn't have minded just a little more grunt. But the smoke is nicely judged and there's a nice cleansing spicy bitterness to finish.
