Semantic Satiation is a psychological phenomenon in which repetition causes a word or phrase to temporarily lose meaning for the listener, or if you've seen Ted Lasso, when "words become sounds."
Citra, simcoe, & mosaic are some of the most flavorful & unique hops as well as some of the most widely used. The idea for this beer was to push unique flavor characteristics from hops we've used for years. This beer has a west coast base of pilsen & pale malts with a hint of munich & carapils. Fermented with a thiolized version of the west coast chico strain, and woven intricately with citra, simcoe, & mosaic hops. The thiolized west coast yeast helps push a further depth of citrus, and juicy tropical fruit character from the hop blend.

12 ounce can from the brewery, 8/31/24. This is the 6th can from the six pack so I know I like it. Hazzy yellow, large beige head, average retention. Aroma of tropical fruit, grapefruit. Taste is grapefruit, melon, sweet lemon. Mild bitterness, well balanced.

Junction Road store. Aromas are grapefruit and toffee malt. Flavors are similar to nose, slightly on the dry side but enough malt, carbonation and bitter to balance. Finish is bitter then sweet then bitter. Pretty good stuff. Maybe their best hoppy beer I've ever had.
