Opaque black, frothy and sticky tan head, recedes slowly to a nice layer, good sticky lacing. Aroma of roasted and smoked malt, brown sugar, cocoa, dark chocolate, peat. Flavour medium sweet and bitter, roasted malt, medium body, creamy texture, maybe a tad watery. Dry bitter finish, earthy notes, some ash, bit of chocolate, very pleasant smoked porter.
