Bottled. An amber beer with a huge fluffy light tan head. The aroma has notes of fruit, brettanomyces, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brettanomyces, wood, and some caramel, leading to a dry tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy reddish amber with a huge and lively off-white head leaving laces. Tart fruity nose. Medium body, again a very tart fruitiness, Brett too. Some late bitterness in the finish, but the tartness prevails. Clearly infected. 290911

bottle, kindly donated by Bierkoning. Brown colour, large beige head. Malty, hints of caramel and dreid fruit and some other flavour which is hard to describe, like old fruit. Ok.

On tap at ’t Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Clear dark red beer with a good off white head. Light dry palate. Rich malt with a little toffee. Nice fruit, soft and creamy, dominated by cherry but with other well blended red fruits. Lovely well balanced beer. Some carbonated bite in the finish.

Bottle 33cl. @ home.Clear with many small size body particles, medium to dark orange amber color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers - grass - meadow / field-like, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a peppery spicy and dry finish. Not total balance but okay. Body is medium, texture is oily - sticky, carbonation is soft. [20090629]
