Can. (thanks Tom) Dark brownish/copper with a small tan head. Sweet with a lot of cinnamon. Also bourbon, caramel and some chocolate.

473ml can. Darkest chestnut colour with ruby shimmer and average, frothy, diminishing, beige head. Mildly roasty, chocolately, dark malty and spicy aroma, intense and complex notes of cinnamon, widely disguised, weak hints of cocoa, dark chocolate, coffee, dark caramel, vanilla. Taste is sweet, spicy and BA supported chocolately, mildly roasty, dark and caramel malty, notes of cinnamon, caramel, some Bourbon, chocolate, a touch of vanilla; initially the (rich and complex) cinnamon flavours predominate, become more and more integrated into the Bourbon and caramel basic layers, loose some complexity, contribute to amalgamation effects instead; a minimally warming, alcoholic touch rounds out the finish. Dissolved sugar enriched, slightly creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. OMG! Rich and complex, harmonious, inconceivably tasty. Obligatory if you love cinnamon, obligatory if you don't like cinnamon because you will afterwards - fantastic!

Sample at the Hoppin’ Frog Tasting Room. Clear dark mahogany color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of cinnamon, bourbon and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of oaky bourbon, cinnamon and caramel malt. The finish is sweet cinnamon and bourbon. Pretty good overall.
