'Trainspotting' got its US wide cinema release 30 years ago this weekend, so this is my tribute drink on this anniversary. It's not quite a mega mega golden-blonde thing as it's fairly ordinary as lager goes. It is light though, hints of citrus, a bit of fizz on the tongue, and has been born to slippy down the palate well enough.

Appearance - golden and clear with a white head.
Nose - sweet malts, lemon and floral.
Taste - more sweet malts, getting into caramel territory, sweet lemon and slightly floral again.
Palate - light bodied, fairly dry, though maybe could be a bit more bitter.
Overall - decent.
