A little guy with showy aromatics and full flavor. Bihempispherical dry-hopping contributes to a juicy stonefruit essence. Essentially, Junior squeezes elements of a DIPA into a smaller beer.

Pours a hazy amber from a bottle, some lacing. Some tropical fruit in the nose, but otherwise kind of flat and monotonous.

Bottling date of 05/05/2016.
Poured into an English pub glass.
The appearance was a soft hazy burnt orange pulpy color with a lasting one finger white foamy head. Boy, did that head last a good while. Head starts to concave and leave a thin lace around the glass.
The smell starts off with a thick grapefruit juicy pulpiness pummeling bitter orange juice-like qualities for a spectacular collision of aromatics. Gentle grapefruit sweetness slides in as it warms.
The taste brings together the bitter to juicy to sweet flavors and gently slides into the aftertaste with a quick little bite of a finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium in body with a fair sessionable feel to it. Bitterness hits nicely.
Overall, hot damn, this is awesome stuff! Definitely would love to have again.
