Draft at Kolbizz, Budapest. Poured a milky yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big apricot. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a light, fresh, crisp, mineral, tart apricot palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Not a milkshake IPA in the traditional sense!

I’m missing something to balance out the almost harsh bitterness. Maybe a bit of sweetness or more body.
But I really appreciate that someone made a dairy free milkshake. Took me 4 years to tick this style off. Big up to HopTop! 👍🏼
