Old rating. Hazy amber colour, white foam. Light sweet, light bitter finish. Weak, not much character.

28/08/2011 33cl bottle @ home - bottled: 4/2011 (2011-411)
Little cloudy orange beer, creamy off-white head, stable, leaves a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: citrus, candi sugar, hops, little dusty. MF: light carbon, light body. Taste: some malts, a little sweet, dusty, bit of hops. Aftertaste: very watery, some citric acidity, little bitterness. Pretty boring in all... too bad. I had hoped for a beer with some more depth, from a beer tasting club.

Light gushing to creamy-yellowish irregular head over hazy, very carbonated, glowing orange beer. Spicy, peppery nose, Szechuan pepper, citrus-y. Background a sweetish aroma as from candysticks. Dullish-sweet, with some spicy overtones. Very little flavours, no depth. Balanced, but utterly neutral to sweetish. Well-carbonated, spritzy, light gristslickness; medium bodied. Oh well... Many thanks for the bottle, Jerre. I just don’t get the beer.
