Minimally spicy, wheaty malty and floral, slightly grassy and citrusy, hoppy aroma, hints of chamomile, some coriander, a touch of lemon, tropical leafy overtones. Taste is floral and citrusy fruity hoppy, slightly spicy and sweet-ish, wheaty malty, notes of chamomile, some lemon, coriander, orange, tropical leafy overtones. Slightly oily and minimally creamy, watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Good spiciness, nice malty sweetness, well embedded, in no way ostentatious hoppiness; more a well hopped, sophisticated Wit than a (White) IPA - pretty good. Btw.: Definitely one of the beers with the best, well embedded usage of Sorachi I've ever had; tropical/exotic, more leafy than coconut dominated - really nice.
