A legfőbb mesterség a legfőbb mesterét.'
//
'Noise was always here. Before man was, noise waited for him. The ultimate trade awaiting its ultimate practitioner.'
Our new and loudest double NEIPA loaded with equal amounts of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops picks up the thread exactly where Double Dealer dropped it and won't loose it any soon.

From tap at Hopaholic, Budapest, 10.07.24 after seeing Un Ballo in Maschera by Verdi at the opera. Hazy grapefruit colour. Diminishing white head. Aroma and taste of lemon, lime, grapefruit, lemongrass, sorrel and cane sugar.

330ml can. Murky, pale yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, snow white head. Dank, grassy hoppy and slightly fruity hoppy aroma, oaty malty background with a weak, somehow almost smoky touch, some green fruit. Taste is somehow minimally smoky malty and dank, minimally fruity and minimally citrusy hoppy, hints of green fruit, a touch of lemon. Creamy texture, smooth palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Lots of rather unspecific, mainly hoppy flavours, obscure smokiness; a bit arcane - good!

Draft at Hopaholic, Budapest. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is grainy malt, lemon lime citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, juicy, mango, orange, light tart lime, herbal, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

0,33 can. Emelem kalapom!

I can't understand the label, but as I filled it out, I could already see: I could be dealing with a really great NEIPA... It doesn't look like anything: unfiltered pineapple juice, with huge snow-white foam when filled. Not plain pineapple juice, but 100% full! Aroma: full fruitiness, lactose, without yeast: I would say it is a pineapple-orange-peach-grapefruit mixture. Body: well, it's full-bodied! Solid fruit juice effect, here you can already feel the alcoholic body due to the many malts - alcohol is not, so it can be very dangerous stuff! Taste: For me, this is a perfect NEIPA. But really! It has carbonation, it has freshness, it is not tiredly hoppy, but fresh and full of hops. It's bitter, it's fruity, it's mango, it's pineapple, and it's punchy... Hats off! It's for the end of a beer series, after that you'll feel that everything else is tasteless... The hops dissolved during cooking almost settled to the bottom, there was so much of it. Extremely good NEIPA!
