@ Pavlov, Leuven. Blond beer, white foam. Medium carbonation. Fruity nose with spicy character. Rather dry bitter finish.

Commissioned beer with snow white, thin but stable head and murky ochre blonde colour. Aroma of peach, unripe pear, grass, cooked potatoes, cheese, aniseed and something solvent-like. Soft fruity taste, sourish, then pale malt sweetness, bit chemical finish with faint hop bitterness and some warming alcohol. The chemical thing bothered me a bit, otherwise a good beer.
