Bottle at James’s, 01/07/17. Clear golden with an off white head thay puts up a brief fight than dissipates. Nose is light funk, apple core, straw. Taste comprises tannins, apple orchard, a light funky rasp, apple tinged straw, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, fairly drying and crisp in the close. Ok cider.

A clear dull golden coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is woody , funky fruit, little mould, little pepper on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of medium sweet malts, plastic apple, semi crisp . Little wood tannin in the finish. Palate is medium sweet, highish carbonation. . Decent. little alcohol presence in the finish.

500 ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Clear golden color with small off white head that disappears. In the beginning the aroma is tart, green apples - lambic style, it gets sweeter as it gets warmer. Sweet taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Clear sparkling golden color with no head. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Felt a bit sweet. Semi dry ending. Nice fresh apple flavor.

Flaske fra Det gode brygg Sandnes, delt med Ovesen etter tapping vår EKG Single Hop: klar lys gylden med kort skum. Myk og behagelig eplearoma og -smak med sommerblomster i bakgrunnen. Lett og halvtørr sommerforfriskning som også passser når kulingen blåser og der er god fyr i ovnen. Deilig preg av søte epler også i ettersmaken.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 13.01.17. Clear golden. Aroma of apples, apple zest and suphites. Similar taste, with hints of leather and smoke. Rather good!

500 ml bottle, from Berentsens Brygghus, Ølutsalget. ABV is 4.6%. Pours fizzy, pale golden colour, no lasting head. Moderate but pleasant aroma of apples, a hint of sulphites. Light bodied, a bit watery mouthfeel. Slightly dry flavour, moderate flavour of apples.

Draught @ InCider, Prague. Pours Light yellow with a fading white head. Aroma of apples, light flowers, light wood, light sugar. Flavor is pretty sweet, red apples, flowers. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 160816

Bottle from Damian. Clear golden colour. All in all a pretty classic macro stuff. Too sugary and almost devoid of any real apple character. Heavily carbonated to make it drinkable and even enjoyable if chilled as hell. Still nothing to fuss about.
