0.5l bottle. This is a crystal clear kinda deep golden looking one. No head worth mentioning. It has a nice dry woody and apply aroma. A faint hints of green grapes in between there. It's really thin and super watery in the mouth while the bubbles are average. Semi dry, but it has some apply sweetness from yellow apples. Dusty flavor as well blended in between here, but it feels quite refreshing on the tongue. Nice with food as I had it with some pretty unique home made hot dogs. 30.12.2013

Draught @ Cider Tap. Drank this thinking it was a perry such was the pear-like fruitiness present here, not to mention the clear / pale complexion. Very tasty & refreshing with a light body and summery feel. Pretty good for an Aspalls.

23.11.2013, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is kind of musty, masses of overripe crowberries, overripe - almost rotten apples fallen to the ground, hay, yeast, caramel. Taste is slightly sweet, overripe apples, yeast, caramel, overripe crowberries, apple skin, sawdust. Kind of nice and refreshing.

At Cider Tap. Clear very pale gold. Some white sparse head. Vague apple med sweet cider. Refreshing but not going anywhere. Teeth achingly cold. Almost on the commercial side. Om. Barely
