A tél végén nem árt, ha az ember a vitamintartalékain túl a néha a “lelkét” is feltölti, amit néha érdemes a gyomor irányából is megtámogatni. Például egy testes, alkoholban gazdag, így belülről melegítő, és alattomosan csúszós stouttal, amiben van egy kis izgalmas csavar.
Utóbbi ezúttal sok vaníliát, és nem kevés, használt rumoshordókból készült tölgychipset takar, amit a korábban a karácsonyi pakkunkban is megtalálható imperial stout-ba dolgoztunk bele.

Kicsi, gyorsan elolvadó, barna hab, fekete szín. Kávés, kakaós, vaníliás, hordós illat. Kávés, csokis, vaníliás, hordós, rumos íz. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Finom lett.

Draft at Beer Brothers, Budapest. Poured almost black in colour with a thin, broken, off-white head. The aroma is roasty malt, herbal, marzipan. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, liquorice, herbal, floral, rich, boozy alcohol bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Not a session beer 😁

0,3 litre Can, Bought somewhere in Budapest last Year. Black with little offwhite head. Roasted malts, coffee, Chocolate, oak, rum, vanilla, sweetness.
