Notater fra en særdeles hyggelig dag på Vaaland Brygghus. nå en 0,375 flaske fra Ovesens importkoffert som ble delt med Egil. Johan, Bernt og Aleksander: utseende som en mislykket urinprøve, men du verden så friskt og godt det smaker! Fersken, aprikos, brett og fruktsyre. Ganerensende og inspirerende med en helt klar mersmak for alle tilstedeværende.

Bottle shared with Johan, Bernt and Aleksander at Vaaland Bryghuus 08.10.23. Cloudy pale peach colour. Aroma and acid taste of brett, peach, lactic acid and sour citrus. Good!

Cloudy, yellow, no head. Aroma of peach, a hint of sulfite. Very sour and intense fruity taste. Zesty lemon

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Peach, peach skin, rubber, vinegar, acidic, sour, a bit acetic.

Semmi hab, narancs szín. Savanykás, animális illatok. Savanyú, brettes, animális ízek, barackos és enyhe gabonás, hordós aromákkal. Közepesen testes, erősen szénsavas, alig keserű. Nem lenne rossz, de túl savanyú.
