A Zaungast, osztrák sörfőzdével készített másik kollabunk, a Black Magic, a Pink Magic testvére. Miért is? Hát azért, mert az alap, málnás, csokis és vaníliás Milk Stoutot megdobtuk egy jó adag, bécsi pörkölésű bio kávéval, amit a srácok hoztak, egyenesen Bécsből. Az édes alapsör, ahogy az elvárt, egy annyira jó kávés ízvilágot kapott ezáltal, hogy tényleg olyan, mintha a kellemes málnás csoki-mousse süti mellé egy jó erős presszót is elkortyolnál. Hihetetlenül jó az ízkombó, egyszerre jön a málna, a csoki és a kávé, és a korty végén felsejlik a vanília édeskés, jellegzetes íze is.

Thanks fonefan! Black colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is toasted, some mild chili-ish (coffee?) tones with chocolate and mild cocoa. Flavour is old coffee, roasted tones with some chocolate, mild raspberries and ashes too. Cold very roasted espresso in aftertaste.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Black, small beige head. Aroma of coffee, raspberry and custard. Artificially sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Custard, cocoa powder and roasty coffee on frozen raspberrries. Short finish.

Almost black beer with a beige head. Aroma of roasted dark malt, cocoa, some raspberries. Taste of raspberries, mid sweet dark malt, chocolate, cocoa.

Kirschiger aber auch gemüsiger Beginn, Chili, weiche Röstnoten, Himbeere. Leichte Süße, die sich aber schnell auflöst, röstig, kurzer Abgang. Ok. 9/7/7/7/9/7

Can, small stable creamy head with some bubbles, coal black colour, aroma of dark maltiness, vanila and raspberries, flavor of vanila, raspberries and some chocolate behind, light bodied fruity but dry. Really nice and enjoyable.

Canned 440ml. -from Beerselection Budapest, shared with Hrabren & Marko. Blackish coloured, medium sized pale beige head, coffee and light raspberry in the nose. Noticable raspberry, light coffee, touch of vanilla and again light raspberry in the finish.

0.44 l can thanks to Ogi who brought it from Budapest. Black, small beige head. Aroma is roasty, burnt, dark fruit, red fruit. Raspberry candy. Smooth, medium body, moderate carbonation, sweet raspberry, dark chocolate, brown bread, burnt toast flavour. Slightly too rough and astringent in the finish.

0.44l can courtesy of Ogi, shared with Hrabren as well. Very dark red-brown body, almost black, off-white head. Sweet raspberies, slgihtly gone coffee, and some dust in the aroma. Simplistic raspbery-driven sweet taste, bit lean, minerally, doesn't feel like a milk stout, odd bitterish touch in the finish. Eh, not the greatest.
