25cl draft @ Chmielernia, Warsaw. Couleur dorée/orangée, col épais blanc. Arôme sur un bouquet léger de lactose avec une balance forte attrayante sur les houblons aux notes d’agrumes. Palais reste tout aussi étonnant avec un mélange de lactose et de houblons qui sort de l’ordinaire. Retrouve une sensation houblonnage à cru complété par des notes de pamplemousse et autres agrumes. Le côté IPA reste plus dominant comparé à l’arôme où le lactose ressortait un peu plus. Effervescence persiste sur la fin.

Tap @ Kontynuacja Katowice. Cloudy yellow, white foam. Very creamy texture. Soft carbonation. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, citrus, caramel and banana. Milky notes. Well balanced. Special beer but very good.

Barwa zlota, piwo mgliste z ladna biala piana, drobna, w miare trwala i ladnie krazkujaca. Aromat intensywny, chmielowo cytrusowy, czerwony grapefruit, przyjemny. W smaku goryczkowe, delikatne, glagkie, nie wiem czy ta gladkosc to efekt laktozy ale genialnie wspolgra w tym piwie, lekko slodkawe, laktoza jako tako niewyczuwalna. Posmak goryczkowo slodki, idealny. Jednym slowem: ambrozja :)
