Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5.5 | Flavor - 5.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Medium, white head; yellow golden beer, lazily carbonated. Veggie nose, beets or turnips, earthy and thick green leaves; bushwood and wild hops. More of this in the flavour, with a sweet extra, reminding of cherry laurel (cough syrup additive). Quite slick, going to oily; soft carbonation. Ho-hum. Txs to Stef!
