Our Ginger Beer is brewed without hops, but has a big bold 'Beery" flavour. Lashings of fiery ginger root are balanced by lemons & cane sugar. It's beer with bite.

Can from Aldi. Hazy golden body with a white head that slowly fades. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of orange barley, lemon and ginger. Flavour of sugar, ginger and a squeeze of grapefruit. Thin body with a slick texture. Light fizz. This is tasty and less fiery/intense than the orange version (which I also liked).

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Almost clear golden, huge lively head. Aromz of hinger ale. Sweetish with thin body and sharp mouthfeel. Fierce ginger burn on an empty body. Metlallic void finish with painful ginger burn. Hopeless crap.

440ml can from McAldi in Inverurie - Cloudy yellow, no head. Big citrus nose, taste hits with a root ginger zing, then follows up with a refreshing grapefruit tang. Zingy, tangy, works for me.

Can from Aldi, Ellon. It likes lightly hazy pale orange with a thick, but dissipating white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, bright, zingy, grapefruit, lemonade, fiery gingerbeer, lemon & ginger tea and some pineapple chunks. The taste is crispy, dry, sweet, juicy, bright, sweet yet spicy, plenty of grapefruit, lemonade, lemon sherbets, fruit cordial, warming, spicy, fiery ginger and candied ginger with a tangy and spicy finish. Average body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Strikes a really nice balance. Way better than the orange version.
