Dunkelbraune Farbe, mäßig stabile gemischtporige Schaumkrone; in der Nase relativ hopfig, Trockenfrüchte, dunkles Malz und Halbbitterschokolade; im Geschmack eine deutliche Süße, die jedoch gut durch die präsente Hopfenbittere aufgefangen wird, voller Körper, viel dunkles Malz und Karamell.

Bottle. Big dark malt aroma with caramel, dark bread, a touch of dried fruit and chocolate. About medium sweet and light bitter. Good body, it's practically a Doppel.

Optisch dunkles Braun, schöner Sahneschaum. In der Nase recht unscheinbar. Im Trunk nussig, sehr süß, Karamell, dezent Alkohol, aber wirklich sehr sehr süß, Malzbier.

Clear chestnut brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of caramelized dark malt,, leaves, red fruits. Taste of caramelized dark malt, red fruits, leaves, moderate bitterness.

€-Fläschla: Clear, deep ruby-amber coloured, small but stable creamy off-white head, moderate sweet dark malty/caramelly - a bit toasty, too - nose with some fruity and some herbal spots; mild to moderate sweet and also mildly bitter flavour, medium bodied and pretty soft; lingering sweet-caramelly, fruity and herbal finish with some warming alk in the aftertaste. Bottle picked up from Hier Gibt's Bier webshop Eckersdorf, Franconia, Bayern and consumed at home Sunday 6th March 2022 listening to Squid - Bright Green Field and cooking a Lamb Tagine and also Pastitsio just had the Tagine and it was great. Pours chestnut brown with a ruby hue, some dark molasses, sweet but nice moutheel. Very soft mouthfeel, a little gentle warmth, malty, it's good, simple as that, good.

ABV: 7.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, caramel, dark malt, sweet malt, light to moderate toasted - roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, hay - straw, malty, light to moderate toasted -roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201213]
