We had a bad harvest year in the Netherlands. In Herefordshire there is too much and part of the harvest is rotting away. To (partly) prevent this, we take juice from real cider apples: Michelin, Dabinett and Browns. We will release a semi-sweet cider from this in 2024.

Bottle shared. Almost clear golden. Dry apple peel, massive tannins, toffee, chalk, moss, dry wood. There's a hint of sweetness and sourness, but also tannic bitters. Over light bodied, bone dry tannic finish. This is not really medium, it's more like very dry. Decent.
