Ein Bier von dem ich mir mehr erwartet habe. Zumal ich die Kombination von tschechischer und rumänischer Brauerei sehr interessant finde.
Aber das BIer ist eher fad. Im Stil eines Polotmavý oder Wr. Lagers ist es recht malzig, aber mit recht bitteresn Abgang. Der Übergang zum Körper ist recht holprig und überhaubt fehlt es mir an Harmonie.
VOn der Aromanvielfalt voll ok, aber das Gesamtbild schaffen andere besser.

440ml. Amber colour, small white head. Some fruityness, apple, hops in the nose. Light-bodied. Flat sensasion. Some raisins, fruits then spicey hops in the finish. Not the cleanest but drinkable.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is bready grain with notes of caramel, bread, and noble hop. Moderate bitter flavour, finishes a bit dry. Medium body. Robust grainy aroma, great beer.

0.44 l can from 'SpeciaalBierPakket.nl', best before October 2025. Hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly floral and minimally fruity aroma of grains, popcorn, some lemon peel and hints of sultanas. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral and a bit grassy taste of grains, straw, nuts, some popcorn and traces of lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, a little dry finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent lager, quite weird for a Polotmavy though, lacks a lot of the usual maltiness.
